Gov Logistics was founded in 2001 and at the time acted as an adhoc, courier service provider to Telkom. Starting with only one vehicle, Gov has grown to a fleet of 16 vehicles today. Originally Gov only supplied a shortfall service to the two regular service providers but 24 months later the tender was advertised and Gov together with another female owned company was awarded the courier contract.
